A key element of the organisational structure is the planned involvement of the leaders of the partner organisations as Co-Presidents of the Organising Committee. This reflects the close cooperation between university sport, national rowing and the host university in delivering the championship.
During the inspection visit, discussions focused on the competition format, technical arrangements, officials and jury structure, venue operations, accommodation, catering, transportation and safety provisions. The meetings also provided an opportunity to clarify responsibilities and identify the key tasks to be completed in the coming months.
