European Voluntary Service (EVS) & European Solidarity Corps (ESC)
European University Sports Association (EUSA) through its EUSA Institute is an accredited organisation in the European Voluntary Service (EVS) and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) mobility initiatives under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
EVS/ESC helps young people from Europe and programme countries to develop their sense of solidarity by participating, either individually or in group, in non-profit, unpaid voluntary activities abroad.
In EUSA, being a pan-European organisation, we find it important and stimulating to host volunteers in our office in Ljubljana, enabling them and us to have a fresh and international view in our youth work and projects.
The EVS&ESC positions in EUSA are open to individuals between 17 and 30 only during the announced calls, as a long-term placement, usually for a period of one year (12 months); we usually host two international volunteers at the same time.
Please note that the recruitment period is officially announced and realised only once per year (usually in the beginning of the year).
The current announced opportunity in EUSA is for service between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2019. Deadline for application is January 26, 2018. Candidates are asked:
1) to fill out the Online Questionnaire and
2) to send their CV and letter of motivation by email.
Due to high interest, only complete applications will be taken into account in the selection process (with Questionnaire submitted and Letter of Motivation and CV sent by email). Top candidates will be invited for a Skype meeting before final selection will be done.
Description for the current call has been published at European Youth Portal:
Contact person for projects within EUSA is Andrej Pisl, Communications Manager (please see Office for contact details). To check full profile and projects indications about our organisation, please see
