EUSA General Assembly 2008
All the EUSA Member Associations are invited to participate on the 10th EUSA General Assembly which will be organised from December 5-7, 2008 in Paris (FRA). Here are some information:

·         October 22, 2008: Deadline for registration
·         October 22, 2008: Deadline for member proposals
·         November 6, 2008: The Agenda and all the other necessary documentation (such as proposals from members, nominations or any candidatures) will be sent by the EUSA Office to the member federations

WELCOME POINT and TRANSPORTATION:
•    When arriving to the airport you will be welcomed by the Organising Committee (please look for the EUSA logo)
•    The Organising Committee will organise transportation from the airports to the Hotel.

PARTICIPATION FEE:
•    45 € / person/ night: accommodation in a double room
•    100 € / person/ night: accommodation in a single room (if available)

Two persons per delegations can be included. Eventual extra persons per delegation by request only (in this case the actual hotel costs must be covered for the extra person)

The payment of the participation fee will be by done to the Organising Committee at the accreditation upon arrival. The payment will be done in EURO (no credit cards or cheques are accepted).

The delegates who want to arrive before or leave after the announced dates, must contact the hotel directly to ask for the availability and book for the extra days. Indicated price for an extra day: 180€ +15€ for the Continental breakfast.

All the extra costs in hotel (mini bar, telephone...) will have to be covered by the participants.

DINING
Breakfast will be served in the hotels. Lunch and Dinner on Friday will be served in the French Olympic Committee. The Official Dinner on Saturday will be held on the Boat 'Le Paris'
