iSport meeting on developing resouces

On Tuesday, 7 of June, partners of the Inclusion in Sport (iSport) project met online for an update on recent activities and working tasks, carried out within the collaborative initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The iSport Project looks to promote diversity and social inclusion in sport by enhancing the sporting experience of all participants – athletes and volunteers, especially targeting women, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities, as well as promoting equal opportunities and awareness of the importance of health-enhancing physical activity through increased participation in, and equal access to, sport for all.

The meeting was divided in two parts. In the first part, the representatives of the partner organizations from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki discussed the prepared scenario proposals for the interactive game. All participants, representing partner organisations, had a chance to see and hear about the details and ideas about the creation process.

The second part was devoted to the planning of the transnational partnership meeting that will take place on 27-29 July, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. EUSA and EGLSF presented more technical details and options about the participation in this meeting. A short presentation on the EuroGames, the activities, events and sports that will take place from 27-30 of July, was also given.
