The competition of the Regatta St Duje will consist of two parts:
University Eights Race (8+)
Held on the 1000-meter course in Spinut, this race brings together university teams from Croatia and across Europe. Open to students under the age of 29 with valid student identification, it follows the rules of FISA and the Split University’s Regulations for Organization of Sports Events. Coxswains may be of any gender, age, or student status.
The Legends’ Race
A highlight of the regatta: the 220-meter sprint through the city harbor, where rowing legends of Split take on their counterparts from Oxford and Cambridge. These athletes are not only alumni of the famed Boat Race on the Thames but also holders of Olympic and World Championship medals. Their presence brings gravitas, history, and awe-inspiring performance to the event.

The people of this region are known for their sincerity, joyous spirit, and generous hospitality. You may not be able to take that feeling home in your luggage, but it will remain with you long after the races end.
If you are around, we warmly invite you to be part of this extraordinary gathering, where the waves carry the rhythm of oars, and every stroke tells a story. See you in Split!
