EUSA welcomes key Federation representatives at EUC Combat 2025

During the European Universities Combat Sports Championships 2025, representatives from Europe’s Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, and Taekwondo federations were present, underscoring their long-standing partnership with the European University Sports Association (EUSA).

These federations have consistently supported the delivery of high-level EUSA Combat sports events for the European university sport community.

Slavisa Bradic, European Judo Union Head Kata Commissioner; Davor Cipek, European Karate Federation Secretary General; Romeo Desa, WAKO Technical Director; and Slavi Binev, European Taekwondo Vice President, all attended the championship on behalf of their respective federations.

All four representatives enjoyed the spectacular Opening Ceremony before the commencement of the first day of competition, witnessing firsthand the energy and dedication of Europe’s university athletes.

EUSA extends its sincere thanks to these partners for their continued commitment and support, which remain crucial to the successful organisation of its Combat sports events.

Looking ahead, the next edition of the European Universities Combat Championships is scheduled to take place in Tirana, Albania, in September 2026, featuring all four sports on the programme.
