EUSA Office in Ljubljana hosted the 2018 live meeting of the Media and Communications Commission of the European University Sports Association on May 17 and 18.

The meeting was attended by the Executive Committee Member and Chair of the Media and Communications Commission Mr Bill Thompson, members Mr Kacper Czarnota, Ms Krunoslava Kauzlaric and Mr Moritz Belmann, EUSA Communications and Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl as the secretary of the commission, with EUSA interns Mr Liam Smith, Ms Marianna Pikul and Mr Nenad Ruzic attending as well. EUSA Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik also visited the meeting, greeting everyone and wishing them a successful meeting.



Commission members were first informed about the updates, projects & new initiatives, and them discussed the EUSA Strategy Document, contributing to its development.

The focus of the meeting was developing the EUSA awareness campaign and the ambassador programme, which will both be launched this summer. The members also discussed other communications elements in EUSA.



Commission members followed the #beactive philosophy and tradition, starting the second day with a morning hike to the Ljubljana castle, and also exploring the city with the Open Kitchen experience.
