On December 17, the Rectors' Conference Commission Members meet in Belgrade for a one day working meeting.

The Commission is composed of six members, three from EUG2020 side - Ms Ivanka Popovic, University of Belgrade Rector, Mr Dejan Madic, USSS President and Mr Milos Obradovic, EUG2020 Head of Academic Sector and three from EUSA’s side - Mr Milan Zvan, EUSA EC member and EUSA Education Commission Chair, Mr Mozes Szekely, HUSF Secretary General and EUSA Education Commission member and Ms Sara Rozman, EUSA Education and Development Manager and EUSA Education Commission Secretary. Also present at the meeting were Ms Anita Dobre, EUG 2020 Deputy Director, Mr Dragan Atanasov, EUG2020 Operational Director and the representatives of Academic sector, Ms Tatjana Matijevic and Mr Petar Blagojevic.

The Meeting took place at the University of Belgrade Rectorate and was chaired by its Rector, Ms Popovic. The commission members discussed several aspects of the Rectors’ Conference, including the organisational and academic part of the event. They defined the provisional agenda of the Conference which will take place between July 11-13, 2020 in Belgrade as part of European Universities Games 2020.
