This year's EUSA Convention, intended for the Organisers of the European Universities Championships in 2019, EUSA Technical Delegates and Medical Commission Members, will be organised from September 21-23, 2018 in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.

Representatives of each European Universities Championships (EUC) 2019 Organising Committee will be joined by the organisers of the past European Universities Championships and European Universities Games, sharing their experiences. We will also celebrate the International Day of University Sport and European Week of Sport with this event.



During the Convention a general briefing on the terms and conditions as well as good practice examples will be provided. The Technical Delegates and EUSA representatives will meet with the Organising Committees of the Championships. 23 sports will be featured at the European Universities Championships next year.



The convention will feature various aspects of the organisation of EUSA championships, including an overall presentation, technical regulations and requirements, presentation of the volunteer programme, registration and accreditation system, medical requirements and other relevant topics, to ensure the quality of the European Universities Championships, offering assistance and cooperation in organisation of the events.
