European University Sports Association is happy to introduce Mr Fabio De Dominicis who is joining the staff in the EUSA Office in Ljubljana as our Communications Officer.

Fabio is of Italian heritage, and completed his Bachelor of Journalism degree at Rhodes University in South Africa, during which he was selected into the FISU Young Reporters Programme to attend the Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia in 2013. Thereafter he continued contributing as a young reporter for the International University Sports Federation (FISU), covering the southern African region, including last year’s World University Rugby Sevens Championship in Swakopmund, Namibia. For the past five years, Fabio worked as a journalist and sub-editor for South African football magazine KICK OFF, contributing to both the publication’s print and online platforms.



We are excited to welcome Fabio in the EUSA Office, and with his experiences we plan to strengthen the communications strategy of the organisation, as well as support the organisers of the European Universities Championships and the European Universities Games.
