The MoU established a non-binding framework through which both organisations agreed to cooperate in developing and promoting university sports. The signing of the MoU expresses a clear intention to work together over a four-year period to advance the global university sports movement. The cooperation will focus on the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices in sports management, as well as the potential organisation of joint competitions and training events in disciplines such as football and table tennis.

It also includes the development of joint programmes, conferences, and seminars for universities and student-athletes, alongside the exchange of experts, researchers, and administrative staff.
