EUC Rowing and Combat Sports 2026 registration deadline extended
The registration deadline for the European Universities Rowing and Combat Sports Championships 2026 has been extended and will now remain open until May 15, providing additional time for universities, athletes, and teams to complete their entries and preparations.
The European University Sports Association (EUSA) confirmed that the extension applies to both European Universities Rowing Championship 2026 to be held in Zagreb and for the European Universities Combat Sports Championship to be held in Tirana, encouraging wider participation and ensuring all interested participants have the opportunity to be part of these major events.

The general registration deadline for EUC Rowing has been extended to May 15, so we encourage all interested participants to submit their applications before the deadline.
The 2026 European Universities Rowing Championship will return to Lake Jarun in Zagreb, Croatia, from August 26 to August 29, featuring men’s, women’s, and mixed boat classes, all conducted under the official rules of EUSA and World Rowing.

The registrations are also extended for the European Universities Combat Sports Championship, with the possibility of registering until May 15.
Organised by the Albanian University Sports Federation, the European Universities Combat Sports Championships 2026 will take place from September 8-16, featuring Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing.
The event follows a 2+2 format:
• Taekwondo & Karate: arrivals September 7, departures September 12
• Judo & Kickboxing: arrivals September 12, departures September 17

The event will be held in Tirana, as Combat Sports are not included in the European Universities Games in Salerno.
We invite all interested athletes and teams to take advantage of this opportunity and register for both the European Universities Combat Sports Championship and the European Universities Rowing Championship, taking place this summer.
