On May 30, 2018 the constitutive meeting of the European Universities Games 2020 (EUG2020) Organising Committee was held in Belgrade, Serbia.

The Organising Committee is chaired by the Prime Minister Ms Ana Brnabic, who welcomed the invited members, representatives of the University Sports Federation of Serbia, Olympic Committee of Serbia, Sports Federation of Serbia, University of Belgrade, City of Belgrade, several ministers from the Government of Serbia and representatives of some biggest Serbian companies. The Organising Committee appointed its Secretary, Mr Darko Udovicic, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports.



Representatives of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) - Executive Committee Member Mr Milan Zvan and Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik also attended the meeting and presented past and planned activities connected with organisation of the event.



The Organising Committee Members expressed their confidence to organise the best games ever and decided to meet again in June.
