#BeActive 2021 Key Players' Webinar

As an official partner of the European Week of Sport and the #BeActive campaign, European University Sports Association (EUSA) joined the two-day European Week of Sport Key Players' Webinar held on June 22 and 23.

The webinar brought together the official partners and national coordinating sport bodies from all over Europe, to discuss key topics related to the highly successful #BeActive campaign, and the plans for the future.

Participants had a chance to interact

Over 100 participants joined the online event. EUSA was represented in the online event by its Communications & Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl along with Communications Officer Mr Fabio De Dominicis.

Participants were welcomed by Ms Paola Ottonello from the European Commission, and the #Beactive teams and partners were presented next, before the essentials of the European Week of Sport for 2021 were introduced.

The plans for the Flagship event and official opening of the European Week of Sport, to take place in Slovenia on September 23, have been presented, with partners and national coordinators sharing their plans for the activities.

Several stakeholders are engaged in the #BeActive campaign

Although the event was held online also this year, emphasis was given also on networking and sharing experiences and ideas between the participants.
