The EUSA Executive Committee 04-2006 was held on November 30, 2006 at the University of Valencia, Spain. The meeting started with welcome speech from Rafael Gil Salinas, the Vice Rector of the University of Valencia. The EUSA President Alberto Gualtieri welcomed all the members of the Executive Committee and thanked the hosts for the organisation of the meeting. All members of the Executive Committee were present, except Phil Attwell and Tiina Beljaeva, who excused their absence.

European Universities Championships
The following dates for the EUC 2007 were confirmed:
- Table-Tennis   Ostrava            CZE    20.06. – 24.06.2007
- Karate            Podgorica        MNE    06.07. – 08.07.2007
- Badminton      St. Petersburg   RUS    09.10. – 14.10.2007

EUSA Symposium 2007
The proposal for the change of the venue and date of the Symposium 2007 from St. Petersburg to Moscow was received from the Russian University Sports Federation. It was agreed, that the EUSA Symposium will be held in Moscow / RUS from September 27-30, 2007

Student Commission
Members discussed about the future work of the Student Commission. It was decided, that Mr. Rafael Gil Salinas will be the only responsible EC member for the STC. Salinas will by the next EC meeting prepare the proposals for the future STC work.
