From 9-15 of February, in Lisbon, 36 participants had the chance to attend the Training Course within the Youth Integrity Ambassadors Programme project, with the main goal of giving the skills and knowledge to the young representatives in order to become the future sports integrity ambassadors. 

On February 13-14, in the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, the transnational partners meeting of the Youth Integrity Ambassador Program (YIAP) took place, happening on the occasion of the YIAP Training Course for young ambassadors.

Members of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) are now able to start nominating candidates for the 2023 edition of the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy (FVLA) which is planned to be held online in June and September sessions. The FVLA opportunity is open to university students aged between 18-25 years, who showcase a genuine interest and involvement in university sports events and in sport, cultural and social life.

EUSA Institute and the University of Ljubljana hosted the kickoff meeting of the project Enhancing Sport Organisations and Management (ESOM), co-funded by the European Union.

European University Sports Association (EUSA) held an online meeting with its Member Associations on Thursday, February 9, 2023 to discuss the latest International Olympic Committee (IOC) ‘Statement on solidarity with Ukraine, sanctions against Russia and Belarus, and the status of athletes from these countries’.

The Hungarian capital city Budapest hosted a two day Supervision Commission Meeting, on 2-3 of February, as the local organisers provided updates of their continual progress in organisation of the next edition of the European Universities Games 2024 in Debrecen and Miskolc. 

Slovenian Association for Promotion of Volunteering (Slovenska filantropija) organised a national consultation on volunteering on February 2 at the House of the EU in Ljubljana.
