Last meeting of the outgoing EUSA Executive Committee

Last meeting of the outgoing EUSA Executive Committee

Members of the Executive Committee of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) met on September 10 in Budapest for its last meeting of their current mandate.

The live meeting took place just before the General Assembly coming up in the Hungarian capital. The first part of the meeting was focused on the final preparations for the EUSA Assembly and EUSA-FISU Strategic Dialogue, while the second was devoted to the review of main achievements of the board in the mandate, heavily affected by Covid-19 pandemic.

Hybrid meeting with the commission members

EUSA President thanked the members of the EC for their devotion and support in the mandate, which was prolonged for an additional year due to the health circumstances, preventing having an electoral General Assembly last year. Executive Committee also thanked the commission members for their work via an online meeting, where chairs of each of the commissions reflected on the past achievements and thanked the members for their contribution over the past 5 years.

Outgoing Executive Committee and Auditors

EUSA General Assembly will commence today in the afternoon, and continue on Saturday by awards ceremony and electing a new Executive Committee for the next 4-year period.
