12 men and 7 women university teams from 11 European countries took part at the 4th EUC in Basketball, which was organised from June 28th to July 1st, 2004 in Mulhouse, France. In women's tournament University of Ljubljana/SLO won the gold by winning 68:66 S.V.College from Gorzow/POL in the final.
