1- What events are open to bid for the organisation?

-   European Universities Championships in 15 different sports (next bid for EUC 2015) are open to bid

-         European Universities Games to be held every two years (next bid for EUG 2016) are open to bid

You can also ask to organise the EUSA General Assembly, contact directly the EUSA.

2- What are the deadlines of the bidding process?

Example:

-          October 2010 : Opening of the bid for 2013 Championships 

-          January 1st 2011: Submission of the letter of intention

-          May 1st 2011: Submission of the bid, Bidding fee payment

-          June 4th, 2011: Attribution of the championship

 2nd semester 2013: Championship

3- What documents do I have to submit?

The letter of intention to be filled by the NUSA can be found here:

/en/events/championships/2013

The bidding document should follow the bidding guidelines that you will be communicated once you’ve sent the letter of intention. It will be available on the EUSA internal area.

The bidding dossier is to be filled on a dedicated website provided by the EUSA.

4- What are the requirements to organise EUSA events?

Regarding the championships:

In terms of financial matters:

300€ bidding fee to EUSA
3000€ organising right fee to EUSA (if attributed)

Regarding the European Universities Games:

In terms of financial matters:

2000€ bidding fee to EUSA
50000€ organising right fee (if attributed)
10% of gained participation fee to be paid to EUSA
